Classroom Courses

1. All courses are subject to a minimum demand.
2. In the event of a cancellation of a venue or a course (due to lack of achieving minimum demand), Acorn will endeavour to offer an alternative course location. If a suitable alternative cannot be reached, Acorn will refund the booked courses in full.
3. All invoices must be paid within 14 days of invoice date or before the booked course begins, whichever is the earliest.
4. A booked course can only be cancelled in writing within 14 days of booking or before the booked course begins, whichever is the earliest.
5. A full refund will be issued for all cancellations within the due dates. Any cancellation after the due dates will not be refunded, and the invoice will remain payable in full.
6. “Try before you buy” conditions must be authorised by Acorn, otherwise normal payment terms apply.
